She also makes a luxurious private yacht with an incredible amount of deck space. Equipped every imaginable commodity this yacht is capable of serious offshore sailing. Because of her shallow draft she can be beached easily or can tuck into small romantic anchorages anywhere in the world.
Current Situation
The construction of this yacht was finished in March 2008 and she is in brand new condition. She was only sailed from Key West to the Turks and Caicos Islands where she remained in storage for 1 year. Equipped with every amenity all supplies and spare parts for long distance voyaging Sandpiper is in turn-key sail-away condition. Being located in the original builders yard a new owner can customize and outfit this yacht exactly to his personal wishes.

Interior finishing
The vessels interior is entirely finished in white oak. All flooring is Marinedeck 2000 a cork composite. All overhead and ceilings are finished with marine grade fabric. The entire vessel is fully air-conditioned and heated with individual thermostats and air handlers in each cabin. The dining area has 2 upholstered settees a 27 LCD TV with built in DVD player and the maser unit of the boats audio system. Galley with marble counter tops built-in Refrigerator / Freezer with ice maker 5-burner Force10 propane stove double sink & lots of storage Nav Station with full size chart table and large instrument board with all Raymarine instruments. 1 Captains Cabin with double size bed hanging locker & drawers private bathroom with shower sink & head. 2 Guest Cabins each with king size bed hanging lockers closet drawers and a desk private bathroom each with vanity sink shower and head.
